All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once the order is processed and shipped, a shipping confirmation message with tracking details will be shared with the customer.

Courier partners may attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the package may be returned.

If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or leaking, please do not accept the package or take clear photos and report the issue immediately to customer support.
