Return and Refund Policy – Hair Care & Skin Care Products

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product was received damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect.
• The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.
• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened hair care and skin care products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Products returned without original packaging
• Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)

3. Return Request Process

To request a return:

1. Send an email to bhavi.jatin@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product.
2. Include the following details:

• Order number
• Product name
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• Reason for return

1. Customer support will review the request and respond with return instructions.

4. Return Approval

• Returns must be approved before sending the product back.
• If approved, the product must be shipped back within 5 days of approval.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

Refund options may include:

• Refund to the original payment method, or
• Store credit for future purchases.

Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after the product passes inspection.

6. Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping costs may be covered.
• If the return is requested for other approved reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

7. Refund Rejection

Refunds may not be issued if:

• The returned item is used, damaged, or missing packaging.
• The return request is made after the allowed time period.
